Johnny Marzetti
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 16 oz rotini pasta, 2 jars Florentine Marinara, 1/2 cup tomato juice, 1/2 cup chili sauce, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp salt

1. In a large skillet saute ground beef, onion, pepper, garlic and black pepper for 10-15 min on high or until beef is done. Drain grease.
2. Cook pasta and drain.
3. In a large pot combine beef mixture and all remaining ingredients, except pasta, and simmer on medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
4. Stir in pasta, and continue heating for another 5 minutes.
5. Transfer to a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
